Room Owner

The Room Owner is a special room member who is usually the earliest player to have joined the room. The Room Owner has control over the room and there are certain operations that only the Room Owner can perform.

The Room Owner is assigned automatically, and if the Room Owner leaves the room, a new owner is assigned.

Some objects in the room can also be set to be owned by the Room Owner. This ensures that they are only owned by one player, and also that they may persist until the room is destroyed or all players leave.
